SWSG’s experience in housing encompasses support for local government housing departments. Much of our work is rooted in building evaluations for a variety of levels and has included apartments and associated buildings, senior living facilities, housing offices, and group homes. We provide building condition assessments and energy audits to support the long term maintenance program of government owned and leased housing. The evaluations set the standard for repairs, replacements, and renovations which need to be prioritized and monies budgeted, along with uninterrupted operational conditions, such as building components and systems of buildings which are necessary.
