With a focus on design, project management, construction administration, and quality assurance in both the public and private building sectors, Mike has led design teams to develop creative and cost-effective solutions. His expertise spans HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and fuel systems for government, recreational, commercial buildings, historical sites, mission-critical, and telecommunications facilities. 

Mike’s extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in the success of numerous projects. His ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results highlights his versatility and capability. As he takes on the role of President, Mike will leverage his skills and innovative approach to steer SWSG toward continued growth and excellence.
