SWSG provided architectural and engineering for master plan design services. The scope included project management, 2N electric utility with discrete stand-by power systems, hot aisle containment, infrastructure and A/E concept drawings. The scope of work included field survey, electrical drawings for AC power, mechanical drawings, permit application drawings, common systems coordination, record drawings of new equipment, panel schedule and electrical one-line.

Architectural design included doors and hardware, flooring, EPDM membrane roofing, roof equipment platform, reflected ceiling, restroom renovations, ship ladder, sound attenuating generator enclosure for 1.5 MW generator, walkway canopy, LED lighting, fire sprinkler and suppression, and fire alarm.
